The online store www.matureskincare.eu (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store") is owned by Mature OÜ (registry code 16079935), located at Kadaka tee 145a, Tallinn 12615, Estonia.
 

1. Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information 1.1 These terms and conditions apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store. 1.2 The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are listed next to the products. The price does not include the cost of delivery. All prices for goods in the Online Store are in euros. 1.3 The delivery cost depends on the buyer’s location and the delivery method. The delivery cost will be displayed to the buyer during the order process. 1.4 Product information is displayed in the Online Store directly next to the product.
    

2. Placing an Order 2.1 To place an order, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart. To complete the order, the required fields must be filled in and a suitable delivery method selected. Afterward, the total amount will be displayed, and the payment can be made securely using the following payment methods: - Estonian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele, Pocopay - Note! When paying via bank link, make sure to click the “Back to merchant” button on the bank’s page.

   2.2 Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment – when paying via a bank link, the payment is made in the bank’s secure environment, and when paying via credit card, it is done in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The merchant does not have access to the customer’s bank or credit card information. The contract enters into force when the payment amount is received in the Online Store’s account.

   2.3 The owner of the Online Store is the data controller, and for payment processing, necessary personal data is forwarded to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
    

3. Delivery of Goods 3.1 Goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia. 3.2 The available options for receiving the goods are: Omniva parcel machine. 3.3 The delivery costs are covered by the buyer, and relevant pricing information is shown next to the shipping method. 3.4 Domestic deliveries within Estonia generally arrive at the designated destination within 5 working days after the sales contract enters into force. 3.5 In exceptional cases, the right to deliver goods within 45 calendar days is reserved.
    

4. Right of Withdrawal 4.1 After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days. 4.2 To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the product must not be used in any other way than necessary to examine the nature, properties, and functionality of the product, as would be allowed in a physical store. 4.3 If the product has been used for purposes other than checking its nature, properties, and functionality, or if it shows signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount in accordance with the decrease in the value of the product. 4.4 To return the product, an email must be sent to invoice@matureskincare.ee within 14 days of receiving the product.
